Welcome to the Ricci Lab at Institut Imagine! We develop machine learning methods to study biological systems in health and disease. Using tools from data science, computational biology and physics, we build frameworks that describe the behaviors of both single cells and their complex interactions in circuits and whole tissues. We then use these frameworks to generate optimal cellular control strategies for disease modeling and regenerative medicine.
